PATRICK MALEY

I started my apprenticeship at age six, working with my dad on projects in the Valley. My family was in the construction contracting business and I grew up “wearing a belt,” learning early how to build the right way from master craftsmen.

I built Maley Building from the ground up, assembling and vetting a team that works as a seamless unit, bringing reliability, efficiency and depth of knowledge to each project.

Building in the Valley since 1994, our portfolio showcases high-end custom homes in Aspen and Snowmass Village, as well as Basalt and Missouri Heights. I’m proud of our reputation as one of the most respected builders on Colorado’s western slope and I invite you to get to know us.
